Today was the day, the joyful oh so joyful day. He wasn't told which one but he could feel it. They were going to put him in a room, alone, with a prime piece of woman. He was so giddy, he could jump and touch the sky.
"Wooohooo, I'm so ready, ready, set, go, weeeeeeeeee!!! It's time for me, to get myself that prime piece!! Hehehe.....Heheehe......HAHAHAHA!!!"
Chuckles said with a grin wider than his face could handle as he skipped....yes, skipped.....with the gaurds towards his room, that would be where the lovely and delicious female awaited. Which one? And all his toys were probably flushed from his room. They were always so extra careful with him. As he entered his room, he clapped his hands together and jumped in the air.
"Oh the joy!! Hope you brought the rubbers sweetheart cause honestly, they don't let me pack any in this joint and I go off like a fire hose!!! Just like....heheehehehe.......anyway....hahahaha.....Hmm, so, what is the mental game we play today?"

Shalie checked her watch. She was in a hurry, had to do therapy! "Kazuya, please, I... yes, that's what he told me." She was arguing on the phone again with her cousin Kazuya... Something about the Christmas party. It was such a long time away, but she knew that her father liked to plan parties six months in advance. He was a mobster, he knew how busy his choice companions would be. She was sort of excited... It had been years since she'd seen Kazuya, despite the fact that his father was recently accepted into the asylum. Kazuya didn't seem to care about his own father... Not that Shalie blamed him, the family had been through so much. But now wasn't the time to get into all of this! She checked her watch again. "I have someone I need to see. Goodbye," She hung up before he could get another word in, grabbed the patient file, and hurried to the room.
She waited for 'Chuckles' with anticipation. She loved her job, but some of the patients made it rather trying. She put her reading glasses on to go over the facts that she had a million times before. What the hell? Her handwriting... She could hardly read it. Well, that's what they got for making them file with pens rather than computers. And it didn't make sense anyway... She'd seen what happens when a patient gets a hold of a pen. She shivered. Not her favorite memory to say the least... She looked up when the door opened, distracted from her thoughts. "Right, good day. Mental game? You play those better than I do, love." She smirked and shook her head. "Required questions, you know the drill. How has the staff treated you?" This was not required. It was her own question, but her father would never know.

As Chuckles glanced towards his Therapist, he tilted his head. Then, he began to sniff the air.
"Sniff....sniff....sniff....what is that I smell...Oh, I know.....it's a....LIE! HAHAHAHAHA! Dear, dear, dear, I can smell a lie a mile away. But, as far as they've treated me, I couldn't tell you. I haven't seen a soul in three weeks!!! Hahaha! I suppose that's what I get for 'menacing' a patient or what the hell they call it nowadays. Me, personally, I call it.....fun. Teehee."
Chuckles said as he did a spin and soon, plopped down in his excuse of a bed. He bounced on it once before sitting up, glancing into Shalie's direction.
"So, doll, do we do the millions questions the the f*cking or the f*cking first, then the million questions? I'll tell you though, I'm much more polite with the....hahahahahaha......latter......Hehehehe."
Chuckles said with a wide grin as he already was undressing her with his mind.

Shalie was rather used to this behavior. There was actually another patient with an attitude like this, however more crude. She looked at Chuckles, then raised her eyebrow. "There will be nothing but questions. To anyone else I'd say questions then fucking, but if you can smell a lie then I guess that leaves me few options." She looked at the patient file, occasionally casting him quick glances. "Hm. There is something blacked out here. What happened? Did you assault a security guard?" There was that Hirofumi who actually had gone back to change things in patients' files if they did something to embarass him or if he was just angry at them. And who freaking noticed besides her? That was just unforgiveable.

As she said questions only, he pouted almost childishly with a series of giggles.
"You'll be saying that now....heheh....but later.....you'll be begging for it in that....hahaha......tight ass of yours! But, we'll save that fun for later....blacked out you say? Oooo, So Black ops isn't the only place with secrets.....oooh, goody, goody, goody, I love some good secrets."
Chuckles said as he bounced up and down on his bed before in a split second while her attention was elsewhere, he silently snuck up so his face was directly in her. He then grinned widely.
"C'mon, what lady can refuse fucking a guy with a smile like this? Hahaha! But, lemme see....Sure, you could call it assault. If....I don't know...hahahaha.....I may have....hahaha....accidently sent photos....haha....of him fucking one of the nurses to his daughter....hehehe.....Not for her, no, no, no. It's just more exciting when the little girl goes to the mommy and asks what's daddy doing with the pretty lady HAHAHAHAHA!!!!"

Shalie raised her eyebrow. This was pretty commonplace, although he made her a little more uncomfortable than most people. This place was very corrupt, anything that they said could be completely true. She was trying to fix things, make this place better. Let there be benefits to the insanity of the patients. Otherwise everyone here would go insane, and there would be no one to help. Strange how insanity could spread, but it was true. "Alright, so let's just say that you did do something. Well, most of them deserve it. Anyway, I think that my father issued some new questions. Let's take a look," she said, though of course she didn't intend on letting him look at all. "Ahh... I see. More of this variety. I think this question is rather redundant, but let's ask it anyway." She looked up at Chuckles. "What are you feeling right now, as we speak?"

As he listened to the nexk question, he stood up and grinned.
"Right now...hehe....I'm feeling...."
Chuckles said as soon enough, he dropped trow, now flashing Shalie with his large rod. He laughed as he then cupped his balls.
"MY BALLS! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Ah, don't be shy honey, come give them a wiggle and tug yourself haha!"
Chuckles said with a wide grin as he tilted his head and pulled up his pants.
"Does that answer your question, or would you like to kno what else I could be feeling? Please, go ahead, I've been eyeing your ass since....hahaha.....I got here! Or, if not, Maybe It's my turn to talk. So, tell me, what are YOU feeling right now? Oh, and please tell me it's my balls, that would make my...haha....hahahaha....day!! HAHAHAHA!!!"
Chuckles said with a wide grin as he sat back down on his bed.

Shalie kept her composure. She would laugh if it were other circumstances. But no, she couldn't laugh at someone that was obviously mentally ill. "That sort of behavior will not be tolerated, you know that. But because you in your own way have been answering the questions I'll give you another chance. But remember, there are security guards right outside this door that are ready to take you down." She fixed her glasses, checking the list of questions. She knew what his response would likely be to that question, what was one that would get a better response? Were there any? She hated therapy like this. The guy was probably not going to respond to any of it. "You're not asking me any questions, let me make that clear. Alright, so... If you ever get out, what do you think you'll do with your life? Any goals?"

As he listened to her and towards her next question, he raised an eyebrow.
"Umm....hahah.....here's the thing doll. Listening? What the.....fuuuuck.....are you smoking to think that someone.....liiiiiike.....meeeee.....has ever thought he's ever leaving this shithole, hmmm? Hm? Hm? Hm? Hm? No, wait, your right. I should be thinking about getting out. I bet they'll have no problem...hahah....letting a convicted murderer, torturer, rapist, special ops trained psycho, like myself.....hahahahaha.....into the wild public. As a matter of fact, I bet their making the release forms right now!"
Chuckles said as he tried his best to keep a straight face before suddenly, erupting into hysterical laughter.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHAHAHAHAHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!! I almost got MYSELF to believe that bullshit for a moment. Oh...hahaha....fucking amazing, isn't it? Chica, This place is my fucking life, I'm never leaving!"

Shalie fought the temptation to roll her eyes. She didn't blame him for his reaction. Who thought that he was getting out of here? No one, in all likelihood. But it wasn't like she was the one that made the questions either. "It's just something that they thought worth asking, don't look at me." She gave a light shrug. Today was going just perfect, wasn't it? She wondered who else she was supposed to talk to today. Speaking with Chuckles here was draining, she wondered how much more she could take. Returning to Military service actually seemed refreshing in comparison to this garbage. "I'm sorry... Is there anything that you want here? I mean, that you could possibly actually get?" She awaited some crazy, random, or perverted answer. What else was there?

As he listened to her, he sighed to himself.
"Finally...some fucking honesty instead of the regurgitated bullshit."
Chuckles said as he leaned back. She asked what he could possibly want and thought about it and had a wicked idea.
"What I want, eh? Perhaps it wouldn't be too difficult to ask for a conversation without someone judge what I did. But no, it's always too much to ask or, it's just avoided with the bullshit questions you have right there. 'oh, why didn't you just leave' or 'you didn't have to kill them' or 'you deserve to be locked up.' LIKE ANY OF THEM FUCKING KNEW WHAT I WENT THROUGH IN THAT GODDAMN PRISON!!! Goddamn fucking people....all of them....Even you damn 'therapists' or as you like to be fucking called. Asking me if I could change what happened, what it would be? It's just semantics saying the same fucking thing as all the damn others. A battered wife kills her husband and she's brave. I kill those that tormented me in every way possible and I'm a fucking lunatic."

Shalie looked at him. This was, perhaps, the most sane she had ever seen the man. She listened closely to his words. He would never know how much she agreed with him... There was no way they were ever going to get to the root of the problem with these questions... They were asked by all the therapists, to all the patients. How many times had that worked? Very few, as they were all still there. She narrowed her eyes at the paper, wondering what she should say. Should she be honest or lie like she was meant to?
She shook her head. "No... I don't believe that. Actually, have I ever told you that I was once committed? Ha, imagine... A therapist at a place like this being in an asylum." She closed her eyes. "I was put in a place like this when I was sixteen for attacking my uncle. Defending myself when he came at me with a knife. No one believed me. If not for my father's influence I would still be there." It filled her with rage. She had to calm herself. She looked at Chuckles again. "You're right. Nothing's going to change, is it?"

As he listened to her, inwardly he grinned. Nothing quite like faking sanity to get others to open up for you. And now, he had some valuable information he could use later on. Outwardly, he sighed.
"All 'civilization' is, simply, is to destroy everything that they can't comprehend or fear, and glorify all the pretty and easy to understand things. It's all driven by fear and appeal. If your feared your either at the top or the bottom. Guess which of the two I got, eh? None of it is gonna change. But, knowing this gives me an enlightenment few have. I have issues but I don't lack sanity, I simply choose to discard it in this place. Once you act sane here, you go to the basement...."
Chuckles said as he grumbled to himself. He was probably the only patient that was never put into the basement, for the simple reason that he knew the guards needed him. They needed at least one 'true' psycho to make the place seem legit. So, he was safe in that aspect, until someone loopier came in.

Shalie looked at him for a minute, wondering about that. She remembered for a minute how it was at that teen asylum. Ha, what a riot. Suicides every week... She was never stupid enough to do that. Why take the fun from someone else? Oh, her mind was wandering down the dark path again. Switch gears... She shook her head. "That's not always true. Actually, there are a few patients here who are starting to be themselves again, after years of 'insanity'." She thought particularly of her -good- uncle, who was sane but had problems in his past. He was possibly only safe because he was Matsuoka's brother... She sighed and shook her head again. It was her way of letting the thoughts go. She had never gone to the basement. The guards wouldn't allow her to. She knew they were hiding something down there. What could it be? She shivered slightly.

As he listened to her, he shook his head.
"You see, it's all part of...haha.....a system.....you just.....haha....been here long enough to figure it out yet. They need to keep a quota of types.....the criminally insane, moi, the battered, the batterers, the loopy, loony, and lippy. They need the worst of the worst and best of the best to remain here, the worst to show this place is legit, and the best to show their 'doing' their jobs. If your part of the middle or the unneeded, you go to the basement. Even I....haha....don't know what goes on down there. What goes up....must come down but.....whatever goes down there, never comes up again haha!"
Chuckles said with a wide grin, he had all the information he needed and, noticing her naivette, was now going to decide to see whether it was that, blackmail to convince him it and others the basement didn't exist, or if it just her lack of time being here.
"You see.....we're all part of a system doll."
